The staff at the front desk and parking were exceptional. Ms. Hatsumonji at the front desk was pleasant, welcoming and professional. Her english was also very good. I rented a car during this stay and had the opportunity to be met by Mr. Kato at parking for a majority of our 6 day stay. Mr. Kato is a consummate professional demonstrating a generosity of spirit. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping our room clean and tidy.

Great location near shopping center, JR Sapporo Staffs are great Nice breakfast & delicious with various foods

Convenient location close to Daimaru and other big department stores. Also somewhat walkable distance to the nightlife area. The baths were nice and the place was cleaned well. I appreciated the free waters that they gave.

mitsui garden hotel sapporo west - convenient, quite centrally located - 2 blocks if get up from the underground walkway of Sapporo train station (west side) which is quite convenient (the original mitsui garden hotel sapporo is next to it) - the size of room is larger than the usual japan standard - shower is seperated from the lavatory, washing basin outside the shower/lavatory - i personally like the colour tone of the room (light decent blue) - public bath/onsen is indoor, size around 5m x 2m, modern design, quite decent

Big rooms for Japan, lots of options at breakfast (western and Japanese), fridge in room. Could cast to TV from computer. Snack time from 3-7 with Japanese candies and chips and access to coffee machines/soda machines. Public bath was simple but nice, often crowded. Overall safe and clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Location is very near Daimaru Sapporo and the train station. The room was clean and the hotel convert sofa into the bed for one of the room we booked. Toilet is quite large with a bathtub.

Breakfast quite good, very Japanese, Onsen great. Good location near main railway station with link to airport and near ice sculpture park. Also just a few metres from access to the underground shopping and dining areas around the subway intersections and the main railway station.

Excellent location, easily walkable from Sapporo station, most of the journey underground. New facilities meant the room was fairly new, clean and tidy. Typical business hotel amenities - toiletries are available in the lobby. Decent sized bathroom, and electronics in the room were modern. Will definitely stay here again.
